Great philosophy.
The spanker determines if you need to be spanked, and does not have to explain why! (Undoubtedly a short explanation will be given at sometime, but the fact is she decided you needed to be spanked)
Sometimes, asking for a spanking is hard to do, and sometimes the reason is just not worth the detailed explanation and analysis of the situation that merits you being spanked. So, simply putting the spanking implement on the table means spank me, and the problem is solved!
