wondering about the new policy for adult bloggers

One wonders about the new blogger policy...
sexually explicit or graphic nude images or video!!!! (is this a graphic nude... probably)
Does graphic mean ART! Would spanking art be possible....

I wonder about spanking itself. Is the written word, or words on a picture, constitute  a problem for blogger?
