Although there are often other elements involved in a relationship where the woman is in charge, the main focus of this group is on corporal punishment in the form of spanking, caning, strapping, etc., including the use of corner-time, mouth-soaping, and to a lesser extent, humiliation and perhaps even a bit of feminization.
