weigh in spanking

My weight is lower than the cruise, and slowly improving downward. So are my pants and panties.

My initial goal is to be below 180, both in the morning(achieved), but also in the evening before going to bed (still to be achieved) Reaching the second goal will propel me towards a morning 175 pounds, which I hope to make my evening weight highest number.

Cindy is happy to help, and today's spanking was one of the strongest, such that her wrist was sore when my spanking ended.
Bare bottom over the knee, for two of her favorites. ,The leather heart shaped metal studded paddle, and the short tawse.

The first part of the lecture: healthy snacks only in the evening: fruit alone, or fruit with yogurt, or nuts, but not everything. Drink water at night. Then the paddle was applied, vigorously, with much movement and owing on my part
Second part of lecture: relax with friends, and THINK BEFORE YOU SPEAK. I responded rashly recently, and it was not appreciated. I somehow get nervous, anxious, and blurt a response to something that might be stated that I was unaware of.

That damn tawse then did it's magic., and a tear formed in each eye.

My weight is down, but still great progress is needed.
